This webinar will address making the move from entry level to junior staff, moving up the ladder to management, and overcoming common challenges associated with these transitions. The discussion will include lessons learned, experiences, and career advice from supervisors that have walked the same path of career growth.
Scheduling time to discuss employee development is often a challenge. Therefore, for managers this webinar is a great opportunity to provide your staff with basic information that benefits them and your entire organization. For young professionals, this webinar is an opportunity to learn from others and let managers know you’re interested in taking the next step in your career.
This webinar is a joint webinar with A&WMA and AIChE
